Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to180 ° C (160°fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter a 25cm x 35cm|10" x 14" baking tin.

Mix the flour with the nuts, cinnamon, sugar, butter and salt in a food processor or with your hands in a mixing bowl to crumbs.
3.
Press 2/3 of the crumbs into the baking tin.

Arrange the peach halves on top and cover with the remaining crumb mixture.
5.
Bake for about 40 minutes until golden brown. Cool in the tin, then cut into pieces.
