Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to180 ° C (160°fan) 350°F gas 4. Butter a 25cm x 35cm|10" x 14" baking tin.

Mix the flour with the nuts, cinnamon, sugar, butter and salt in a food processor or with your hands in a mixing bowl to crumbs.
3.
Press 2/3 of the crumbs into the baking tin.
