- 10 ozs wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsps liquid Coconut oil (+ something for the pan)
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation steps
Peel 3 bananas and mash with a fork. Place in a bowl. Mix flour and baking powder. Mix all ingredients together in the bowl.
Peel the remaining banana and cut in half lengthwise. Pour the dough into a greased mold and spread the halved banana on top.
Bake the banana bread without sugar in a preheated oven at 180 °C / 350 °F for approx. 40-50 minutes. Then remove from the oven, remove from the mold, and let cool. Serve cut into slices.
