- 30 grams ginger
- 2 generous pinches ground Turmeric
- 500 grams gelling sugar 1:1
Preparation steps

Rinse, trim, and julienne the summer squash. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Mix the gineger, turmeric, summer squash, and sugar. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

The next day, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes, then place the jam into the prepared jars. Seal tightly, and turn upside down to cool.
