1 cup Dried Tomatoes (in oil, chopped)
1 lemon (juiced)
1 cup Feta (diced)
cayenne pepper
1 ½ cups Arugula

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the pasta in boiling salt water until al dente. Drain and transfer to a bowl with 6 tbsp of the tomato oil.
2.
Add the tomatoes, lemon juice and feta to the pasta and season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper and sugar. Mix well and season to taste. Serve topped with rocket.
