- 4 cups Whole milk (well chilled)
- 2 large, firm Pear (peeled and chopped)
- 2 tsps Bourbon vanilla
- 1 cup Blackberry
Preparation steps
1.
Place the milk, pears and vanilla in a blender and puree well. Pour the mixture into four tall glasses.
2.
Puree the blackberries and then sieve. Pour 1-2 tbsp blackberry puree decoratively into the milkshakes and serve ice cold.
