- 400 grams Linguine
- 1 pc Lemon peel
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 150 milliliters milk (1.5% fat)
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat) (1.5% fat)
- 2 Tbsps Vanilla sugar
- 500 grams Blueberries
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the linguine in boiling water with the lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of sugar until al dente.
2.
Warm the yogurt, remaining sugar, and vanilla sugar (make sure you don't boil), then add the blueberries.
3.
Drain the pasta and transfer to plates. Top the pasta with the blueberry sauce and garnish with the mint.
