Preparation steps

Position oven rack to middle position. Preheat oven to 425º F.

Cut prepared potatoes into 1/4-inch rounds. In a large bowl, combine cut potatoes, oil, spice, salt and pepper. Toss lightly until potatoes are evenly coated.

Arrange potatoes on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until potatoes are cooked through and the edges are crisp, about 30 to 35 minutes.
