1 garlic clove
300 grams white Beans (canned)

2 Tbsps olive oil
200 grams Bacon
150 milliliters dry white wine

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente according to package directions. Meanwhile, rinse, clean and trim the spinach. Peel garlic and finely chop.

Rinse beans in a colander in cold water and drain. Fry the bacon and garlic in hot oil, add the spinach, mix well and deglaze with the white wine. Mix in beans, simmer for 2-3 minutes and toss with drained pasta. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
