- 400 grams Tagliatelle
- salt
- 2 bunches Basil
- 2 Tbsps toasted Pine nuts
- 4 Tbsps freshly grated Parmesan
- 120 milliliters olive oil
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 rosemary
- 2 garlic cloves
- 8 King prawn (deveined, peeled, tail-on)
Preparation steps

Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente.

For the pesto, puree the basil leaves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and olive oil in a blender. If necessary add more oil until a thick pesto forms. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add the garlic, rosemary, and the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute on each side. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.

Add the tagliatelle to a bowl, and mix with the pesto. Transfer to plates, top with the shrimp, and garnish with the rosemary.
