600 grams Pork cutlet
1 onion
1 Zucchini
300 grams Tagliatelle
salt
3 Tbsps olive oil
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 sm can puréed Tomatoes (250 grams)
1 pinch sugar
peppers (from the mill)
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

Cut the pork into strips about 2 cm wide (approximately 3/4 inch). Peel and finely chop onion. Rinse and coarsely grate the zucchini. Cook the pasta until al dente. Sautée onion and zucchini gratings in 1 tablespoon of oil, remove and keep warm.

Sear meat portions in the hot oil. Pour in the balsamic vinegar and tomato purée and let simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir sour cream into the sauce, to taste. Serve with noodles , garnished with the zucchini gratings.
