- Dressing
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger (grated)
- ⅛ cup Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ⅛ cup soy sauce
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds (toasted)
- ⅜ cup sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 2 Tbsps fresh ginger (grated)
- Salad and Fish
- 9 ozs Egg noodle
- ½ red Cabbage (finely sliced)
- 4 scallions (finely sliced)
- 28 ozs fresh Salmon (filleted and skin on)
- ⅛ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Tbsp sweet Chili sauce
- 1 Lime (sliced)
Preparation steps

To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients and refrigerate until needed.

Soak the noodles in boiling water until cooked and combine with the cabbage and spring onions.
3.
Prepare the barbecue to medium heat. Place the salmon, skin-side down, on a piece of oiled foil. Baste with the teriyaki and sweet chile sauce and top with the limes. Grill about 10 minutes.
4.
To serve, place the cooked salmon on a plate, surrounded with the noodle and cabbage mixture and drizzled with the dressing.
