1 Tbsp freshly chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the onion and chop finely. Peel the potatoes and slice. Cut the meat into strips.

2.

Sauté the potatoes in hot lard for about 5 minutes, until light golden brown. Add the meat and onion and sauté for another 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt, pepper and cumin.
