Preparation steps

1.

Cut the brown bread slices in half and toast. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, remove and set aside. Cut the roquefort cheese into slices.

2.

Rinse the pears, cut in halves, cut out the core, and cut the fruit into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Top each half slice of bread with Roquefort cheese slice, pear slices and 2 slices of bacon, and season with freshly ground pepper.
