4 thin slices Zucchini
2 thin slices Eggplant
4 young green Asparagus
Red onions
2 leaves Lollo Bionda
½ Red Bell pepper (cut into strips)
2 Tbsps crumbled Feta
salt
freshly ground peppers
olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the slices of bread.

Rinse lettuce leaves and place on 2 slices of toast with the onion rings.

3.

Add remaining vegetables with a little oil to a grill pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper and place on the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with feta and place the 2 remaining slices of toast on top. Serve immediately.
