- 2 ripe Beefsteak tomato
- 250 milliliters cold Buttermilk
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Tabasco sauce

- 2 Arugula
Preparation steps

For the tomato drink, rinse and quarter the tomatoes. Remove the core from the tomatoes.

Puree the tomato quarters with the buttermilk in the blender. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with the arugula, and serve immediately.
