- 1 Pear (sliced thin and cut into inch size pieces)
- ¼ cup dried Cranberry
- ¼ cup Walnut
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- kosher salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation steps

Add the Brussel sprouts, pear, cranberries and walnuts to a large bowl and stir gently to combine.
