- 1.333 cups fresh Pineapple (finely chopped)
- ⅞ cup plain Yogurt
- ⅞ cup Whole milk
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 pinches lemon zest
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- Garnish
- Pineapple
Product recommendation
Serve immediately as enzymes contained in fresh pineapple will eventually turn the drink bitter. This will not happen if canned pineapple is used.

1 Small bowl, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Serrated knife, 1 Butter knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Brush, 1 Grill pan, 1 Parchment paper
Preparation steps

Place the fruit in a blender with the yogurt, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar.

Blend thoroughly on the highest setting.
3.
Pour into glasses and garnish with the pineapple segments.
