- 1 small Pineapple (diced, reserving four pieces for garnish if desired)
- 2 Banana (sliced)
- 3 Tbsps honey (more or less, as desired)
- ⅜ cup Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- ground cinnamon
- 1 ⅔ cups Buttermilk
- mint (to garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
In a mixer, blend the pineapple, bananas, honey, orange juice, a pinch of cinnamon and some of the buttermilk until the mixture forms a fine purée.

Add buttermilk to achieve the desired consistency, then blend until smooth and divide between 4 glasses. Serve garnished with pineapple and mint.
