1 ⅔ cups Buttermilk

Preparation steps

1.
In a mixer, blend the pineapple, bananas, honey, orange juice, a pinch of cinnamon and some of the buttermilk until the mixture forms a fine purée.
2.
Add buttermilk to achieve the desired consistency, then blend until smooth and divide between 4 glasses. Serve garnished with pineapple and mint.
