Preparation steps

Wash the cherries, reserve two for the garnish and stone the rest. Wash the limes, remove a few strips of zest for the garnish and squeeze the limes.

Put the cherries, cherry juice, lime juice, coconut syrup, grated coconut, banana and ice cubes into a blender and blend for several minutes, until very finely pureed.
3.
Pour the smoothie into 2 large glasses and serve garnished with lime zest and cherries.
