- 125 milliliters Orange juice
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 Orange
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Mango
- 3 Kiwi
- ½ honeydew melon
- mint
- 8 Cape gooseberries
Preparation steps

Mix the orange juice and the sugar in a large bowl.

Carefully peel the orange and grapefruit with a sharp knife, making sure to remove the bitter white pith. Separate the whole fruit segments, then cut the segments into halves. Peel the mango, cut the pulp from the stone, and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the kiwis.

Scrape out the seeds from the melon. Scoop small balls from the flesh of the melon using a melon baller.

Mix the prepared fruit with the orange juice mixture. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish the salad with mint leaves and cape gooseberries, then serve.
