3 Tbsps olive oil
5 Tbsps Truffle paste (prepared)
2 Tbsps coarsely chopped parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and mince garlic. Drain anchovies and mince. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Toast pine nuts in a hot frying pan until golden yellow, remove, allow to cool and chop. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and anchovies, stir in truffle paste. Drain pasta and add to truffle mixture. Toss in pine nuts and parsley. Season with pepper, to taste. served on warmed plates.
