- Crème fraiche (with herbs)
- 250 grams turkey breasts
- 3 Beefsteak tomato
- 4 Lettuce
- ¼ Cucumber

Spread bread slices with a little butter. Rinse tomatoes, wipe dry and slice. Rinse lettuce leaves and spin dry. Rinse cucumber and cut into thin slices.

Layer 4 bread slices with lettuce, a little creme fraiche, tomatoes and turkey breast. Then top with more creme fraiche and cucumber. Top each sandwich with a second bread slice and cut in half diagonally. If desired, serve with chopped carrots or other vegetables.
