600 grams turkey breasts
1 Bok Choy
1 onion
6 carrots
4 Cinnamon stick
4 Star anise
200 milliliters Chicken broth
5 Tbsps Coconut cream
salt

Preparation steps

Cut the turkey breasts into slices and season with salt and pepper. Peel the carrots and cut into slices. Peel the onion, halve and cut into fine dices.

Rinse the bok choy and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the sesame oil in a large frying pan and fry the turkey breast slices in it all around. Add the onion and fry briefly. Pour in the poultry broth and add the carrots, cinnamon sticks and star anises. Simmer for 5-8 minutes, and remove the cinnamon sticks and star anise. Add the bok choy and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in the coconut milk.

Divide the turkey breast and vegetables equally among 4 plates with the sauce and top with one star anise each. Serve garnished with cinnamon sticks.
