- 750 grams turkey breasts
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 milliliters chicken stock
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Sage
- 4 slices canned Pineapple
- 100 grams grated Cheese (such as Emmentaler)
- Sage (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Grease a baking dish with some oil.

Rinse the turkey and pat dry. Cut into four thick slices (or as desired into 8 pieces). Season with salt and pepper. Cook in remaining hot oil until browned on both sides. Remove from pan and place in the baking dish. Deglaze pan with stock and stir to loosen. Drizzle over the turkey and top with the ham slices. Sprinkle with sage. Cut the pineapple slices in half and place on the ham. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until golden brown about 15 minutes.

Garnish with sage sprigs. Serve with a salad.
