Nutritional values
This fruity fresh mix does not contain many ingredients, but they score with plenty of vital substances: Calcium from yogurt and cream strengthens our bones, while the protein also contained in dairy products is important for muscle building. Secondary plant substances from the berries act as antioxidants and protect the body's cells from damage by free radicals.
If the yogurt cream is not sweet enough, you can add a little honey stir in.
