600 grams potatoes
3 carrots
1 onion
2 Tbsps Oats
1 egg
salt
freshly ground peppers

150 grams Feta
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp dried Dill
½ bunch Radish
1 Tomato
1 bunch Arugula

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, peel and grate potatoes and carrots. Peel and dice onion. Combine grated potatoes and carrots, onion, oatmeal, egg and salt.

2.

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add a small amount of oatmeal mixture, flatten and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain on paper towels. Repeat until all oatmeal mixture is cooked. 

3.

Combine cream cheese and yogurt. Season with salt, pepper and dill.

4.

Rinse and slice radish. Rinse and slice tomatoes. 

5.

Plate pancakes top with some sauce and serve with radishes, tomatoes and arugula.
