- 150 grams Frozen pea
- 150 grams Diced carrot (frozen)
- 150 grams Cauliflower (frozen)
- 150 grams cocktail sausage (from a jar or fresh)
- 100 grams freshly grated Gouda
- 250 milliliters milk
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 4 eggs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 scoop Mozzarella (125 grams)
- 2 Tbsps chopped parsley
- butter (for the pan)
Preparation steps
1.
Blanch carrots and cauliflower in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes. After 4 minutes, add peas. Drain and rinse in cold water, drain well.

Add sausages and cheese to vegetables and spread in a greased baking dish.
3.
Whisk milk, yogurt and eggs, season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture over vegetable mixture.

Cut mozzarella into slices and arrange on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 45 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
