- 350 grams Tagliatelle
- 200 grams Broccoli
- 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- 3 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
- 300 grams shrimp (ready to cook)

- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- 100 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps Pastry flour
- 200 milliliters milk
- ½ tsp grained Broth
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of salt water until al dente. Add the broccoli florets after about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain well. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Thaw the shrimp, if necessary.

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Bring to boil and add the cream, cheese and broth. Add water, if necessary. Mix the broccoli pasta, shrimp, tomatoes, chives and sauce. Stir in 2/3 of the herbs.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Serve sprinkled with the remaining herbs.
