- 1 green Oak leaf lettuce
- 150 grams white Beans (canned)
- ½ Pineapple
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 bunch Radish (about 12 pieces)
- 1 Red onion
- 150 grams herb-infused oil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Baguette (if desired)
Preparation steps

Rinse oak leaf lettuce, trim, spin dry and tear into large pieces. Rinse white beans with cool water in a colander and allow to drain. Peel pineapple and cucumber and cut both into bite-size pieces. Rinse radishes, trim and cut into quarters. Peel onion and cut into strips.

Mix all prepared ingredients with herb-infused olives in a bowl. For the dressing, stir together olive oil, sugar and light balsamic vinegar in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Just before serving, mix the dressing with the salad. If desired, serve with a fresh baguette.
