- 1 Daikon radish
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 Lime
- 1 bunch Basil
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps shaved Parmesan
Preparation steps

Rinse radishes and zucchini, cut off the ends and thinly slice. Rinse and finely slice the fennel.
2.
Blanch the tomatoes, rinse with cold water, quarter and remove cores. Rinse and finely chop the radishes. Squeeze lime and mix with the oil, finely chopped basil and radish cubes into a vinaigrette.
3.
Arrange the vegetable slices in a fan shape on plates, put tomato in the middle, drizzle with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with Parmesan.
