250 grams smoked turkey breasts
500 grams Broccoli
200 grams Cherry tomatoes
2 shallots
100 grams Mayonnaise
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
½ bunch Basil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix mayonnaise in a bowl with yogurt and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.\

Rinse broccoli, trim and divide into florets. Remove stems, peel and cut into 2 cm (approximately 1 inch) pieces. Blanch broccoli florets and stems in a pot of boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, immediately rinse with cold water and drain again.

3.

Rinse tomatoes and cut in half. Peel shallots and finely chop. Rinse basil, pluck leaves from steam and coarsely chop. Reserve some basil for garnish.

4.

Cut turkey breast into strips. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with the dressing and serve on plates. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
