- 100 grams Alphabet noodle
- For the soup
- 4 large Sweet potato
- 1 small carrot
- 1 pc Celery root (about 50 grams)
- 1 small Cauliflower
- 1 handful Broccoli
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 600 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 200 milliliters milk
- Nutmeg
- peppers
- For garnishing
- Ketchup
Preparation steps

Peel potatoes and dice finely, peel and grate carrot. Cut cauliflower in florets, chop celery finely. Heat oil in a saucepan nad saute all vegetables for a few minutes. Add broth and simmer, covered, for about 40 minutes. Puree soup and add whipped cream. Season with nutmeg and pepper. Add as much milk as to make thick and creamy soup.

Cook pasta in plenty of salted water according to package instructions and drain in a colander. Pour soup into bowls, add pasta. Make a smiley face with ketchup on top of soup and serve.
