- 1 garlic clove
- 2 scallions
- 100 grams peeled shrimp
- 2 Tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 peeled, sliced carrot
- 6 Broccoli
- 6 Baby corn cobs (canned)
- 500 milliliters Chicken broth
- 100 grams Tofu
- 60 grams Glass noodles
- 6 Wonton wrapper (prepared)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 sm package Prawn cracker (krupuk)
Preparation steps

Peel and thinly slice garlic. Rinse scallions and cut into thin rings. Toss shrimp with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and lemon juice. Rinse broccoli and drain baby corn. Bring chicken broth to a boil with remaining soy sauce. Add garlic, scallions, carrots, broccoli and corn to broth.

Cut tofu into 1 cm (approximately 1/3 inch) cubes. Add wontons and shrimp to broth. Boil broth for 5 minutes. Put glass noodles into boiling water and let sit. Remove and cut into pieces. Add noodles to broth. Pour soup into preheated bowls and drizzle with sesame oil. Garnish with fresh basil or fresh cilantro and serve.
