300 grams Baby corn cob
300 grams mixed, chopped Vegetables (such as onions, broccoli, red peppers, carrots)
150 grams soybean sprout
1 green chili pepper
5 Tbsps vegetable oil
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
salt
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the chile, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Blanch the bean sprouts in boiling water and drain well.

Heat the oil in a wok. Add the baby corn and mixed vegetables. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the bean sprouts. Saute for 2 minutes. Mix in the chile pepper.

3.

Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt and a little water. Simmer over medium heat for about 1 minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
