For the avocado dip
2 Avocados (peeled and stones removed)
2 scallions (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic cloves (finely chopped)
dried Chili flakes
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
juiced Limes
For the blue cheese dip
1.333 cups Blue cheese (mashed)
1 ⅛ cups Sour cream
raw Vegetables (to serve)
