- 14 ozs Vermicelli
- ⅔ cup Radish
- 2 cups Snow peas
- 1 ½ cups Baby corn
- 2 Tbsps snipped Chives
- 1 bunch Thai basil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsps Rice vinegar

1 Sieve, 1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Salad spinner, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Whisk, 1 Bowl, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Tablespoon
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the vermicelli according to the package instructions until al dente. Refresh in cold water and drain.

Wash and trim the baby corn and snow peas and blanch in boiling, salted water for about 2 minutes. Refresh in cold water and drain.
3.
Wash, trim and thinly slice the radishes.
4.
Mix the oil with the ginger and vinegar. Add the prepared vegetables and vermicelli and mix. Add soy sauce to taste. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then sprinkle with Thai basil and chives and serve.
