This is a classic take on the much-beloved warm artichoke dip.
Mix fresh or frozen spinach into this dip before serving to add some texture, flavor and color.

- 1 pkg leek soup mix (Knorr® recommended)
- 2 cups canned Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 2 cups Sour cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 8 slices cooked Bacon (crumbled)
- 1 cup shredded Cheese (Parmesan or Swiss)
- fresh Chives (finely snipped)
- 1 Baguette (sliced)
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 375º F. Coat a 1-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine soup mix, chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream and mayonnaise. Fold in crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Sprinkle snipped chives over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until top starts to brown. Serve with baguette slices, if desired.
