Preparation steps

Heat the grill.

Carefully cut open the figs into quarters, leaving them whole.
3.
Whisk together the honey and orange juice.
4.
Place the figs in a baking dish and drizzle with the honey mixture. Place under the grill for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Place on a serving dish with the redcurrants and a sprig of rosemary and spoon over the honey juices.
