- 120 grams Shortbread
- 60 grams melted butter
- 150 grams white Couverture
- 200 grams Sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Orange peel
- 1 tsp Lemon peel
- 2 Tbsps Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 10 candied Rose petal (for garnish)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Crush the shortbread cookies in a blender or food processor. Mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a tart pan lined with parchment paper. Melt the chopped white chocolate in a double boiler or heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the sour cream, egg and the lemon and orange zest and juice. Pour the mixture into the crust, spread evenly and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tart pan. Carefully remove from the mold, cut into pieces and garnish with candied rose petals.
