- 21 ozs firm, white fish fillets cut into 2.5 cm (1"") cubes
- 4 cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- ⅔ cup plain Yogurt
- 1 clove garlic cloves (crushed)
- 2 tsps ground cilantro
- 2 Tbsps chopped cilantro
- 1 Lime (finely grated zest and juice)

Preparation steps
1.
Thread the fish and tomatoes onto skewers.

Mix together the yoghurt, garlic, ground and chopped coriander, lime zest and juice and season with salt and pepper.
3.
Put the kebabs in a non-metal dish and pour over the yoghurt marinade. Cover and leave to stand for 2-3 hours.
4.
Heat the grill.
5.
Place the kebabs on the grill rack and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with the marinadefrom time to time, until the fish is cooked.
