- 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
- 20 grams butter
- 4 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 150 grams Smoked salmon (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp Whipped cream
- freshly ground peppers
- for garnish
- Pear
- freshly grated Horseradish
Preparation steps
1.
Spread bread slices with about 15 grams (approximately 1 tablespoon) butter. Rinse lettuce leaves, shake dry and place on bread. Layer with smoked salmon.

Beat eggs with cream and cook in remaining butter until scrambled. Divide scrambled eggs over salmon and season lightly with pepper.
3.
Serve garnished with pear slices and horseradish.
