1 garlic clove
400 grams mixed Ground meat

4 Tbsps vegetable oil
4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
4 slices Cheese (such as, Cheddar)
½ Eggplant
1 Tomato
1 handful young Spinach
1 scallion
8 Tbsps Whipped cream
4 Tbsps Ketchup

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the garlic and crush into the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper and shape into 4 burgers.

Fry in some oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Preheat the broiler.

Brown the bread slices under the broiler on both sides. Place the burgers under the broiler with cheese on top and cook until the cheese is lightly browned.

Cut the eggplant into thin slices and fry for about 2 minutes in some oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.

Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalks and cut into slices. Rinse, trim and shake dry the spinach. Rinse and trim the scallion and cut into thin rings.

Spread half of the sour cream on 4 slices of bread and then place the burgers on top with the spinach, eggplant and tomato slices. Spread some ketchup and the remaining sour cream on top. Shower with scallions and top with another slice of bread.

Serve immediately.
