- 4 thin Veal cutlets (each about 160-180 grams)
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsps sunflower oil
- 2 Tbsps butter
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Place veal cutlets between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound until flattened.

Place flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs on separate plates.

Season veal cutlets with salt and pepper. Dredge cutlets in flour, then dip in beaten eggs and finally coat in breadcrumbs.

In each of two pans, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Fry cutlets until golden-brown, about 2 minutes.
5.
Turn cutlets, add a tablespoon butter to each pan, and cook until golden-brown, 2 minutes more. Drain on paper towels and serve with french fries and a small salad, if desired.
