- 3 Tbsps butter
- 2 Tbsps brown sugar
- 4 Pear (peeled, halved and cored)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 4 tsps Pear brandy
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ⅜ cup dry white wine
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the butter in a pan and allow the sugar to caramelise slightly. Add the pears and fry until golden brown.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and deglaze with the schnapps, lemon juice and wine. Remove from the heat and serve either hot or cold.
