- Bell pepper (1 red and yellow)
- 400 grams small Broccoli
- 1 bunch scallions
- 300 grams green Asparagus
- 2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
- soy sauce
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- cilantro
Preparation steps

Rinse the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut into strips. Rinse the broccoli and cut smaller if necessary. Rinse the asparagus and cut off the woody ends. Cut into pieces. Rinse and chop the spring onions.

Heat sesame oil in a wok, or a large pan, and add the vegetables while stirring. Add up to 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Serve with the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Sprinkle with a little coriander.
