Ingredients

For the dough
1 kilogram fine Pastry flour
60 grams fresh Yeast
1 tsp sugar
l lukewarm water
12 eggs
2 tsps salt
100 grams sugar
500 grams soft butter
Fat (for the pan)

Preparation steps

Put flour in a bowl and make a well in center. Crumble in yeast, mix with 1 teaspoon sugar and water and pour into center well. Mix to form dough, adding flour if needed, cover and let rise for 15 minutes in a warm place. Add remaining ingredients in succession and knead with dough hook of food processor. Beat dough until it bubbles and sparkles. Cover dough and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Grease bundt cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Knead dough well, roll out into thick roll on a floured surface and place in bundt pan. Squeeze ends together and let dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 180-200°C (approximately 350-400°F,) bake yeast cake for about 40 minutes, let cool and remove from bundt pan. Dust with powdered sugar when ring cake has cooled.
