- 800 grams Natural yogurt
- 400 grams Raspberries
- 400 grams Blackberry
- ½ Lime (juiced and zested)
- honey (to taste)
- mint (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Combine yogurt with lime juice and lime zest until smooth and sweeten to taste with honey.
2.
Pick over berries (keeping some for garnish) and add to the yogurt. Stir vigorously to combine the fruit with the yogurt.
3.
Pour into glasses and serve garnished with mint leaves and remaining berries.
