No party without tasty drinks, not even on Halloween! Our fruity Halloween punch will definitely put you in a terribly good mood during the spooky night - and without any alcohol. The fresh fruit also contains a few vital substances: the natural colourings (anthocyanins) from the blueberries protect the blood vessels from constriction and deposits, strengthen the immune system and can inhibit inflammation.

Depending on your preference, you can also fill the punch with cherry juice or red grape juice. Either way, look for the word "juice" when you buy. "Fruit nectar" and "fruit juice drink" have a lower juice content when diluted with water. Furthermore, the addition of sugar is common.
