1 Tbsp Pear syrup

Preparation steps

1.

Dip the rim of the glasses in water, then coat the rims with the sugar.

Brush the raspberries, then skewer 4 skewers with 4 raspberries. Puree the rest through a fine strainer. Mix the raspberry puree with the almond milk, almonds, orange juice, and the pear syrup in a blender.

Pour the shake into the prepared glasses, and serve.
