Nutritional values

By using almond drink instead of lactose-containing cow's milk, almond milk rice is more digestible for many people. The sliced almonds provide the mineral calcium for strong bones and healthy teeth. They also provide high-quality vegetable protein, which helps build and maintain muscles.

Instead of almond drink, for example, oat drink or rice drink can also be used for the almond and rice pudding recipe.
